E36: Direct Gulf Front Views

Gulf Front Condo on the third floor sleeps 5 in two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen and twin bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with door mounted ice and water feature, microwave oven, dishwasher) and plenty of cabinet storage space. Additional kitchen amenities include Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender, crock pot, waffle maker and flat griddle. Kitchen island with two stools and a counter with two bar stools.

Condo features include 3 flat screen TVs, 3 DVR’s, stereo, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans and a full size washer and dryer.

From the Master Ensuite you have direct views to the gulf and the swaying palms along the beach, and also access to the gulf front lanai with a table and chairs, a lounger and a ceiling fan. The master bath has double sinks with granite countertops, travertine tile throughout, a large closet and plenty of storage space. There is a separate bathroom area with a long stand up shower that includes a bench seat, a stationary rainhead from the wall and a separate shower wand.

The condo includes linens, dish towels and cloths, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, games, books and movies for your use. Also included is an initial startup package to include a roll of paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and a coffee pod.
