*The master bedroom has a very romantic look and features a king-size bed, Flat Panel TV and a sliding glass door that leads to the lanai. The master bathroom has a dressing area, double marble sink, and a separate shower area.

*The guest bedroom with two beds one queen and one twin has a Flat Panel TV, and its own private bathroom.

*The kitchen has been completely upgraded and is equipped with every gadget, appliance, or utensil you will need to prepare your favorite beverage, snacks, or even a complete Holiday meal!

*In the living room you will find a L shaped sofa complete with a very comfortable, high quality sofa bed. There is a Flat Panel TV.

*Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

*Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan, and has very tropical ambiance to put you in that Florida 'state of mind.'

*There are also books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment.
