We purchased the condo and renovated in Sept 2020 and includes new stainless steel appliances, carpet, furniture, mattress, bedding, freshly painted and tastefully decorated décor. Our unit is just steps to the beach.

This corner unit is on the 2nd floor offers an open floor plan where your family and friends can congregate to cook, socialize, watch TV, dine (or play games) at the dining table-which extends with a leaf (6 chairs). You can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai with picturesque views of the Gulf. You can access the lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Make a freshly cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen or enjoy many of the great restaurants on the island. We have provided many local restaurant menus in the cabinets if you decide you want to stay in for a quiet night at home or decide on where you would like to dine for the night.
