White cabinets, granite counter tops and a dining room table makes this space perfect for an amazing vacation. The dining room opens up to the inviting living room with a comfortable couch and love seat. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious screened lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico and a high table and 4 chairs to enjoy the views day or night. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bathroom features a large closet, ample counter space with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest room includes 2 double beds, a dresser and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a large vanity and an updated walk-in tiled shower.

You can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai with picturesque views of the Gulf. You can access the lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom.

We offer our outdoor owners closet which is very close to the elevator and it includes; beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. We also supply 4 beach towels in the condo that should be left when departing.
