Our unit has convenient ground level access via the lanai to the beach, pool/hot tub, clubhouse, grills, tennis and lagoon. Our well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for all occasions. Our unit accommodates up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include master bedroom with a king-size bed, guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

We purchased our home away from home in 2013 and have upgraded several amenities every year since ownership along with many remodeling updates. New furniture and tile flooring in the living room, a new 4K LG TV and combination washer/dryer unit have been our latest upgrades. The living room hosts a 55" 4K LG Smart TV, there are 32" and 24" flat screen TVs in the master and guest bedrooms respectively. The living room and master bedroom each have blu ray players.
