C22: Spectacular direct gulf view, fully updated condo

The first thing that strikes you when you enter our condo is the beautiful view of the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico through the floor-to-ceiling windows. You will love that view even more when you have your morning coffee on our screened lanai.

The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who likes to cook. We have granite countertops, a large island with comfortable seating, stainless steel appliances, and new tile floors. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled. The master bath has a double-sink vanity with a granite countertop and a new large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and there is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We have updated something almost every year since we purchased the condo in 2010. For example, the living room, dining room, and bedrooms have new wall-to-wall carpet as of January 2019.

We provide beach toys, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, as well as books and games for quiet times. There are also three flat-screen High-Def TVs with a Netflix account enabled.
