C2: "Our Sanibel Dream" 100% Custom Rebuilt Ground Floor Condo With 2BR/2BA Plus Den And Direct Views of Gulf of Mexico!

Our family has been blessed to build a generation of memories renting at Pointe Santo de Sanibel and we look forward to sharing this gift as you make your own vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Following Hurricane Ian, the condo was completely custom rebuilt from the concrete blocks inward, resulting in a beach paradise!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king sized bed, memory foam mattress, smart TV, a writing desk looking out toward the courtyard and Gulf of Mexico, and private access to the master bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a king sized bed with a memory foam mattress, writing desk, and smart TV with access to its own en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature tiled walk-in showers. The condo's unique layout offers a private den (with closing pocket doors) with a convertible sofa bed, writing desk, and smart TV. The floors are finished throughout in wood plank tile and the walls are thoughtfully accented with white shiplap.

The kitchen features white cabinets with seashell pulls, a workstation sink, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a tray ceiling with recessed lighting as it flows continuously into a unique quartz peninsula dining area perfect for sharing meals, conversation, or games. The open floor plan continues into the living room that invites you to relax in a custom La-Z-Boy sectional and rocking recliner while you enjoy the smart TV and views of the Gulf. A washer & dryer with UltraFresh Vent System and SmartDispense technology are available for your use.

The screened lanai offers a table and chairs, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys), and walk-out access to the pool, whirlpool, grills, and path to the beach! A high chair and pack 'n play are also provided. Please note there is NO smoking or vaping allowed in the unit, including the lanai. Completion of the condo is expected in December 2024 and we are accepting reservations beginning in January 2025. More pictures coming soon!
